Keystone Active Zone 2010 Passport Program
The KAZ Passport for Luzerne County is a FREE program that anyone, of any age or ability, can use to get outside and active at close-to-home parks, trails and free outdoor events over the spring and summer seasons.
Taking part in Luzerne County's Keystone Active Zone Passport Program is EASY and FUN. Just follow these steps:

Register here. After you enter your registration information, you will be emailed a New Account Registration message. Be patient, if you don't see this message in your email inbox - check your junk mail folder; your spam filter may have prevent it from going to your inbox. Once your registration has been activated, use the Login button on the top right on navigation bar above to download the KAZ Passport and Log and answer your scavanger hunt questions.
Now you can begin the FUN! If you do not have Internet access you can use the computers at your local library.

Visit as many Passport Stops as you wish from April 17 thru September 30, 2010. The more stops you visit and log, the greater your chances of earning awards and winning prizes.

Find the answer to each stop's scavenger hunt question found on your KAZ Passport. The answers will be found on bulletin boards, trail signs or just thru observation - each stop is different.

Log you answers - log back into your account to answer your questions. After you log your answer you will receive a Passport Stamp specific to that location. Glue or tape your stamp to the corresponding box on your Passport Log. For each 5 stops you visit you will earn awards and receive more chances to win great prizes at the end of the scavenger hunt. Have fun!
NOTE! All of the Y Walk Wednesday walks, starting on June 2, are KAZ Wild Stops? It’s another way to earn awards, increase chances to win prizes and have fun! Once you attend and log your first Y Walk Wednesday walk, for every additional walk you go on and log, you will earn a Wild Stop stamp which you can can use for any of the KAZ Events, Stops #21 thru #31, which you missed or were unable to attend.
